DMCA Takedown Policy

Frontlines.io respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of responding to claims of copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

1. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, you must submit a written DMCA notice containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material, including a specific URL or other location on the Site
  4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, and phone number)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice by mail including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, mailing address, and phone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and will accept service from the person who filed the original takedown

4. Repeat Infringers

Frontlines.io may disable or remove access for individuals or entities who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this DMCA policy at any time. Please refer to the “Effective Date” above for the latest version.
